planning Dept of the territories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Follow-up activities (before sales):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up with sales enquiries: Prepare estimate, quotation &amp; proposal, information for bidding<\/li>\n<li>Contract negotiations (price and terms)<\/li>\n<li>Project Schedule planning and forecast (with Project Engineer)<\/li>\n<li>Package subcontract works if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Follow-up activities (after-sales):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with the client)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and coordinate a customer visit<\/li>\n<li>Monitor change orders and variations \/ make contract addendums and price variations accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Job requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduation in the field of Civil\/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in Sales of Construction or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Good English communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working location: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;
