Hy Vong Orphanage was established in the early 2000s by retired members of the Lang Son\u2019s Department of Labor \u2013 Invalids and Social Affairs. The center is 170km away from Hanoi, in a remote mountainous area, and is home for 47 children; most were abandoned since birth or had lost their parents. The center, while not government-funded, often relies on community\u2019s supports and <a href=\"https:\/\/zamilsteel.com.vn\/donation-soc-son-school\/#comments\">donation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This time\u2019s visit in 2014, ZSV group-continued to bring donation of food, milk, soap, detergents,\u00a0cooking oil, etc. The team was warmly welcomed by the children and the managing staff of the orphanage, mentioning us as the \u201cwarm hearts\u201d.
